As per Rule #22, if there is a discrepancy between numbers called and the number displayed on the board, the VALID number is the number broadcasted by the caller **

REMEMBER: Streaming is delayed depending on your provider!
If you are streaming on SHAW / online / app, and NOT on an FM radio,
your stream may be delayed from the YouTube stream!
HOW TO USE OUR YouTube TOOL?
Go to YouTube > Radio Bingo Live Stream > LIVE Now (Streaming begins approximately at 5:45 pm)
Verify your Serial #'s
See the Game Pattern being played for
Listen on the Radio, and use this tool in case you miss a number!
Once we have received a caller claiming the BINGO,
we halt the game to verify the FREE SPACE
If it is a good bingo, the pattern will appear YELLOW
(as shown in picture) and the phone person
will take the winner's information
If pattern is GREY, it is an invalid bingo, and we
continue that game until we get a winner
YouTube will stream until ALL OF THE CALLS are taken
If the feed is still LIVE, the bingo staff are still
in the office taking calls!
Once the feed has ended, the Bingo Game has been closed for the night and will not accept anymore winner's
15-min break after Series 4
(There is only one phone line, as that is how we determine the first caller of every game)
The phone person takes calls and is verifying bingo's all break
If you do not get through in the break, call at the end of the night, the bingo staff stay until the phone stops ringing!
** If this screen appears: We may be experiencing technical difficulties, the phone line is tied up, or there may be broadcasting issues **
*10-minute warning* The phone has STOPPED ringing, Bingo staff are preparing to leave for the night, You still have time to phone in to get verified!
